You may return unused items within 14 days of receipt, under your statutory right to cancel. Return costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description and photo evidence. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
